chipped tiles incompatible plugs
the breakfast was decent enough i suppose.
the room was supposedly an executive suite, but the furniture looked rather tired. i noticed the bathroom had chipped tiles too. also, the plugs next to the bed were incompatible with uk plugs, a minor inconvenience that was quite annoying.

lovely bedroom super clean bathroom great location
the bedroom had a lovely design i found the bathroom to be super clean which was important to me the lighting was a bit dim but overall it was excellent i also appreciated the room overlooking the castle. the hotel location was great for accessing local attractions. breakfast had great options.
the hotel lacked visible signage it took extra time to find the entrance i found navigating the one way roads a bit difficult the hotel does not have its own car park so i had to use a nearby ncp.

oh my, the hotel needs better signposting because after driving what seemed like 30 hours, navigating the roads to find the hotel entrance was terrible. i was trapped in some doom loop of one way roads. plus, the hotel has no car park of its own so i had to use some extortionate city centre ncp.

efficient staff various lighting great food
The staff at check-in were pleasant and efficient. my room had various lighting options, i appreciated this. breakfast included multiple choices. The food was of great quality. i thought the location was good, near many attractions.
the lack of clear signage made the hotel challenging to find. i drove around for a while before figuring out the route.
